　　the customer has set up an account, they can either deposit or withdraw money from their account depending on their individual requirements. These transactions are carried out at the counter of the bank branch. The person at the counter is usually referred to as a teller. The teller is authorized to accept and payout cash, issue bank checks, accept bill payments (e.g. electricity, gas, water, telephone), conduct foreign exchange, arrange money transfers between accounts and accept credit card payments.

　　在客户开立账户以后，他们可以在账户上随意存款和取款。这些业务在银行网点的柜台上进行。柜台工作人员通常被称为出纳。出纳有权接受和支付现金、签发银行支票、接受账单支付(比如水、电、煤气、电话等)，进行外汇交易、在账户间转账并接受信用卡付款。
