Praise is like sunlight to the human spirit.We cannot grow any flower without it.Itacknowledges our efforts and eases our tiredness,nervousness and weakness.
An ounce of praise is worth a pound of scolding.Behavioral scientists have done countless experiments to prove that any human being tends to repeat an act which has been immediately followed by a pleasant result.We really appreciate peoples compliments which are transforming a kind of motivation which urges us to go forward.
To give praise cost the giver nothing but a moment’s thought and a moment’s effort.Considering the good effect,we should never hesitate to praise Mark Twains words once confirmed this belief “I can live for two months on a good compliment.”
